WaveLab 12 requires the Steinberg Activation Manager for
license management.
If you use the WaveLab installer from this page, please also install this tool, if not present on your system yet.
The separate installation of the Steinberg Activation Manager is not necessary when installing WaveLab via the Steinberg Download Assistant.

The WaveLab 12 full installers can be used for updating from WaveLab 12.x as well as independently of previous versions for a new installation.
